Why I wrote it.
Over the years, I have seen organizations approach cloud and infrastructure modernization as if the destination were already decided. In reality, enterprise environments are more complex: regulatory requirements, latency, sovereignty, existing investments, operational models and business priorities all influence where technology should run.
I wrote Azure Local Unleashed to provide a more complete perspective — combining technical depth with the architectural and operational context needed to make informed decisions.
The goal is not to argue for one infrastructure model over another. It is to help readers understand the possibilities, trade-offs and design principles behind modern hybrid environments.
